Rudder Capital Corporation supplies Commercial Class Audio/Video solutions, home entertainment and security installation, HD-IPTV, VOIP and internet services.  As the company grew, they needed to consolidate 3 separate offices into one facility comprised of 9200 sf of office and 4008 sf of warehouse.  The space needed to fit current employee needs, but also be flexible enough to grow with their expansion.  The modified open space plan supported the communications and workflow of the offices while still maintaining a certain level of corporate privacy.  The design supports future LEED certification in subsequent improvement phases as well as a palette for the company’s own service and product installations in the office.

2. Reused over 80% of all millwork
3. Reused 100% of existing steel doors
4. Installed used cubicle system accounting for 65% of the working spaces
5. All task, executive, guest, training, break room and architectural chairs contain 25-40% recycled material content
6. Regionally manufactured conference, training room and break room tables
   
7. Daylight to over 47% of occupied spaces
8. Used low-VOC paint
9. Measurement and payment accountability on electrical and water
